Generation Z is a generation that well versed in technology, understands networks and familiar with applications, so it faster easier for them to access various information needed, both educational purposes the of daily life. In addition, they are also able interact all walks life through social media very intensely, accustomed doing activities at same time, easy change. The purpose this study evaluate whether Telkom University SMB web classified as successful accepted by users using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method.
 Collecting data questionnaire community city Bandung. number respondents was 210 people, sampling technique used purposive sampling. analytical test tools Descriptive Analysis Structure Equation (SEM). results indicate perceived usefulness, ease use, perception convenience, attitudes towards use can influence adoption
